The Guido family has been the proud owner of this property since the beginning of the 1900s.

The villa itself dates back to the middle of the 19th century, with additional buildings added at a later date in keeping with the original style.

Located in "Poncetta”, the villa was formerly the private house of the owner who managed the surrounding fields and vineyards; some of the annexes were also once used for silkworm breeding, to supply local silk manufacturers with the raw material.
